However, there are a few other times of the year that offer good opportunities to snag a deal on something for your home. The months leading up to spring (January, February, and the first few weeks of March) and those leading up to fall (August and September) are times when furniture stores are trying to clear out old inventory before releasing their new lines.

This is because they’re usually used and refurbished furniture that has been returned to the store for a refund or exchanged for a different item.
